Peda welcomes the harmonized draft constitution that was released by the Committee of experts. Our current recommendation on the structure of the executive is to opt for either a presidential or a parliamentary system with checks and balances being that appointments by the chief executive have to be approved by parliament.
On devolution, we propose that it be done at two levels i.e. National and local authority levels to promote growth of economically viable towns.
